Project Description
To introduce myself, I am, by education and profession, a Graduate Civil Engineer. During the initial days of my career, I got a chance to work with esteemed and well known Construction/Civil Contracting Companies like M/s.Pratibha Constrictions, M/s. Ayodhya Builders Developers. I shouldered the responsibility of a Site-In-Charge with these Companies. During that period I capitalized my theoretical knowledge. And after a certain period when I was sure of myself that I had adequate practical knowledge and I had necessary experience in the field, to pursue my Dream, I decided to move on with my career as a Consulting Civil Engineer and Builder Developer.
With the name “M/s. Potdar Constructions” I established a new Firm and has successfully executed various construction projects of Hospitals, Banks, Commercial Complexes, Bunglows. To name a few are, “Kalika Complex”, “Vishwa-Karma Complex, Sangli”, “Kalika Residency”.
We are starting a new project, “Kalikapuram”, located in the Picturesque, Calm, Quiet, Beautiful, Green region of South Kolhapur. The location of “Kalikapuram” is in a well planned area of Kolhapur and surrounded by “Kolhapur I.T. Park”, “Dhyanchand Hockey Stadium – The Hockey ONLY Stadium”, “New Law College”, “Renuka Mandir”.
No need to mention that “Kalikapuram” is in the very close vicinity to Heart of Kolhapur City “The Mahalaxmi Temple”, “Udyam Nagar”, “Shivaji University”, “K.I.T. College”, “Govt. Medical College”, “Agricultural Research Centre” and “Sambhaji Nagar S.T. Stand”.
