Jadhav has more than 30 years experience in civil construction and he has completed many prestigious civil constructions projects of Sugar Mills, Education Institute, Textile Mills, etc. He is also key and founder Director of M/s. Pratibha Constructions Engineers & Contractor (India) Pvt. Ltd.
M/S. PRATIK TOWNSHIP & INFRA PROJECTS PVT. LTD. (PTIPPL) is mainly established to undertake civil construction projects in housing and Infra structural projects as the sector was sunrise industry in civil construction.
