Promoter of the company, Mr. Kishor P. Patwardhan (93 25 261 299) after his engineering graduation in year 1988 started with a development of small residential & commercial complex buildings.

Under his leadership we have developed number of prestigious projects like “Rama Udyan Township” a unique scheme more than 200 bungalows at Miraj, Income Tax colony at Kolhapur, Many building projects for LIC of India at various places, “Vrindavan villa’s Township” at Vishrambag ,Sangli containing more than 225 row houses, ” Bakul Bag” a project of super luxurious twin villas. “Eminent Four” a super luxurious bungalow scheme at Bhugaon, Pune and numerous apartment project’s at various places of Sangli, Miraj and Kolhapur.
