Super Speed  Builders  was established in  the year 1972 in kolhapur by an entrepreneur who had a long foresight and distinct vision of what he was going to achieve. His name is Mr. Bhagwandas Chhutani

He believes in quality construction and customer satisfaction. At the same time he also believes in balanced pricing. Super Speed Builders till date have to its credit dozens of commercial and residential projects in Kolhapur and these have been acknowledged as value products in terms of quality, aesthetics, over all planning, finishing and timely possession.

Presently Super Speed Builders has four ongoing projects in prestigious locations of kolhapur city. All these projects have been planned by renowned architects and been designed by renowned structural designers.Due to this a strong bond of trust and goodwill has been developed between the company and its customers.

In the year 1993 two sons of Bhagwandas Chhutani started new firm Constro Consultants along with two partners. Constro Consultants like their parent firm Super Speed Builders follows in the same ethics and footsteps. Constro Consultants is also engaged in consulting and contracting for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. And carried out construction and designing of various retail outlets for them.

Constro Consultants also has three ongoing projects in various parts of kolhapur city.
